What we collect

• Waitlist: email address, language preference, referral source.
• Account: email, password (irreversibly hashed — nobody, including us, can see it), username, discipline, optional display name and bio.
• Usage: your practice logs (date, discipline, duration, notes) and program progress.
• Analytics: anonymized visit statistics via Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies).

How we use it

To provide the service (practice tracking, belts, profiles), to send essential account emails (password reset), and to announce the launch if you joined the waitlist. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored in our own database on our own server. We use Resend for email delivery, Lemon Squeezy for payments (your card details never reach us) and Google Analytics for analytics.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. You can permanently delete your account from the "Delete account" section of your profile page; for waitlist removal or other requests, email us at the address above. We respond within 30 days.
